Lincoln's favorite things are trains, cars, fruit snacks, his "doggy and bear"-has to have them to sleep with and he loves being outside especially with his brothers and sister. His favorite word is "hola." We had wood floors installed and the installers taught him how to say it and now he says it all the time to everyone. He just started saying, "Booper" for Cooper. It was the cutest thing; Lincoln had just woken up from a nap to come downstairs and find Cooper taking a nap on the couch. I told him to "shhhh, Cooper is sleeping," he went to go play but must have been bored playing by himself cause he walked over to Cooper and bent down into his face and said, "Booper" while tapping him on the arm. It was the first time I've heard him try to say Cooper's name. Cooper woke up and said, "Hi buddy." Melts my heart.
These are some highlights from his Birthday.
He loved opening presents this year, but he had to walk over to the trash can with every piece of paper and throw it away before he could rip another piece.
This is Lydia helping him open up presents-He is actually saying, "Oooo, trash"
This video is long, but hilarious. You can see how particular he was with the trash. You have to know Lincoln, he is a boy of not too many words. He has taken a long time to start talking. But in this video, you can hear him say clear as day say, "Choo choo train mine." He is very territorial about his new train and no one touching it. :)
"I've got my eye on you Cooper, you better not be touching my train."
A new train set with LOTS of trains and cars- one of his favorite things to do with cars and trains is line them up, he plays with this thing for hours.
He did not like the lit candles being anywhere near him, he refused to blow them out in his highchair.
