This is the cutest thing I have ever heard and seen. Lincoln was going around the house singing this. I was thrilled with his willingness to do it for the camera. He is a little angel we have heard on high.

Santa!

The boys got to go to a birthday party where Santa made a surprise visit. They were all speechless once it was their turn and couldn't think of a thing they wanted for Christmas. After Santa left, Kyler was determined that it wasn't  the "real" Santa and even pointed out who it was that was dressed up. I asked Kyler, "How do you know it wasn't the real Santa?" His reply was, "Santa has black boots and that Santa had on brown shoes." So there you have it, you cannot fool a very observant six year old.

More Light!

When we are driving in the car at night all we here from Lincoln is, "MORE LIGHT!" Every house he spots with Christmas lights, he needs to make sure we see it too. Because it's dark this video is more for the sound. Sometimes we can barely carry a conversation over the yelling of "more light, more light".

Merry Christmas 2011

Damone and I were visiting with a friend from church and Santa burst through our front door. You can't tell from the picture but as soon as Santa left, all the kids we so excited and couldn't stop talking about it and how cool it was that he came in throwing candy.

Wouldn't you know that the toys he got the previous year are what he wants to play with this year. Our little Coop the Builder.

This year when we went to visit Maloree's grave we brought a pink rose we cut from "her" bush and the kids wanted to sing happy birthday. Lydia made her a birthday card, she is just so sweet and sensitive. It's always a neat family experience. The weather was bitter cold and windy, Cooper didn't want to stay for the picture.

Holiday Express Train

We leared about the Holiday Express Train in Richardson, and decided to go and check it out with some friends. This guy on Richardson, decks his back yard out and has this train that he built that he lets people come and ride for FREE. The kids loved it, they just kept getting back in line and riding it over and over.

 In fact we were waiting in line one time and all of a sudden we hear a little familiar voice coming from the train, "Hi Mom and Dad"- come to find out Cooper butted in front and got on the train by himself. We could not get him off, he thought that once the train stopped the people were getting off because they wanted to, well he wanted to stay.

It's beginning to sound a lot like Christmas
